How to Write a Blog Post That Creates 200 New Email Subscribers
Writing is hard...
...and it doesn’t get any easier with time.
Unless you're willing to completely change your approach.
Instead of sitting down at your computer with a blank screen and blinking cursor next time you write, I want you to do something different. Something a little weird.
I want you to simply answer a question.
If I ask you a simple question, you can respond instantly.
For example…
“How do you tie your shoes?”
If I ask you this question, you will reach down, tie your shoes and explain the process as you do it.
No prep. No thinking. Just an instant answer.
However, if I ask you to write a blog post with your answer to that question, the psychology completely changes and it becomes much more difficult.
The trick to writing incredibly good content on a consistent basis is capturing the instant answer ability you have when answering questions.
This is how you do it...
Step 1: Grab your phone.
Step 2: Press record in the Voice Recorder or Camera app.
Step 3: Ask yourself (out loud) the #1 question on your beginner's thorn list.
Step 4: Answer that question.
So...
Take a wild guess at what your assignment for this lesson is?
At this stage you are simply capturing the raw content for your post. We’ll dress it up and make it look pretty later.
Let me show you a real-life example of this...
