How to Write a Blog Post That Creates 200 New Email Subscribers
Quick recap...
Our goal in this module is to get you from 100 to 1,000 subscribers.
So far you've implemented...
1. Marketing giveaway
2. Content upgrades
Many people can reach 1,000 subs with those two tactics alone.
However, there are still two strategies left to cover in this module.
Up next? Writing NEW content that produces subscribers.
...
Last year I wrote 115 blog posts.
Over 100,000 words in total...
... and I learned one thing: Writing can be a massive waste of time.
Most people write and get no results but keep on repeating the same process over and over again.
That’s the wrong way to do it.
I experimented with 32 different styles and frameworks until I discovered the one format for writing content that gets traffic and grows my email list.
For example…
This was one of the first blog posts I ever wrote.
http://blog.videofruit.com/if-quicksprout/
It produced 0 email subscribers and 5 visitors.
Then just 2 months later I wrote this article:
http://blog.videofruit.com/teardown-1/
It produced 380 email subscribers and well over 2,000 visitors.
The only difference is the framework I used.
Play a quick game with me.
Suppose I could teach you how to write a blog post that generates 200 email subscribers.
And suppose it took you 10 hours to write that post.
Would you be willing to do that?
How many could you write in one month?
2?
4?
8?
Let’s take the conservative route and say you only could muster 2 of these posts per month.
That would results in 400 new email subscribers.
Or 4,800 new subscribers by the end of the year.
And that's assuming you do NOTHING else I teach in this entire course but write blog posts.
Over the next few lessons I’m going to share the directional framework with you. This is the exact framework I use to write blog posts that generate over 200 new email subscribers every time I press publish.
Then I’ll walk you through creating your first blog post using the directional framework.
