Get Your Second Subscriber

A few lessons ago, you learned the importance of proactively inviting people to join your list.

And it produced your very first email subscriber.

Now you are going to use referrals to gain your second subscriber.

A referral takes place any time an existing subscriber tells a friend about your list and that friend subscribes.

Your assignment is to use your beginner's thorn hook, send an email to your first subscriber and ask them to refer one friend to you.

Here is an example...

Subject: Hey [insert first name],

Body:

Thank you for being one of the first subscribers to my new project.

The first edition will be out in 2 weeks.

I think you'll really like it. :)

Quick question...

I didn't give you many details on the project I'm launching. I’m going to be teaching people who suck at design how to design awesome logos (even if they have no background in design).

In the first edition of my newsletter I'll be sending out a free resource bundle, one basic training video and a short overview of the software I use.

Do you know one other person who might be interested in this?

If so, would you mind referring them to me?

They can sign up here.

-Bryan

PS: Thanks a ton for your support!

Note: If you already have an email list (of any size), send this referral email to your entire list.
